Since then, she’s lost about 70lbs and became a spokesperson for Weight Watchers in 2012. Before her wedding with Eric Johnson, Simpson stuck to a 5 days a week intense workout regimen in order to feel good in her white dress. Since her wedding, she’s slowed down on the workouts but maintains a balanced diet.
