Eggs contain taurine, which has been shown to reverse liver damage caused by a night of heavy boozing. Also, eggs are an easily digested food that’s gentle on your stomach. You may be tempted to make a serving of greasy bacon with your eggs, but eating greasy foods as a cure for hangovers is a myth (and completely unhealthy)!
