Barry’s Bootcamp is not for the weak-hearted or for people who are new to working out. The classes are infamously difficult and the instructors push you to the limit. Each day of the week focuses on a different body part (e.g.: Monday is Arms & Abs, Tuesday is Butt & Legs, etc.). Don’t be surprised if you run into a celeb on your first visit!
