Many of these letters are thrown away, since there’s no official “North Pole” address. By coming up with a way to route the letters to his business, pretending to be Santa Claus, and sending back personalized letters to these children for $10 each, Byron Reese has made millions. It goes to show, how simple a business idea can be but it can generate millions in revenue.
